Can you install a fan where there is only a light?

Yes, but the box has to be fan-rated to carry the weight and the motion. A standard light box is not. We replace it with a proper fan-rated box so the fan stays put.

Do you do landscape lighting?

Yes. We install low-voltage landscape and pathway lighting with the right transformer, timers or photocells, and buried runs that stay hidden and hold up.
