Coverage
Insured, and the certificate is a phone call away
- General liability
- In force. Certificate of insurance on request, naming the certificate holder.
- Commercial auto
- In force. Every company vehicle on the policy.
- Tools and equipment
- In force. Carried alongside the general liability policy.
- Workers' compensation
- Non-subscriber. Wattsmith Electricdoes not carry workers’ compensation insurance and is a non-subscriber with the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation.
Limits are not published here because the number a project needs is the one on the certificate issued for that project. Call (210) 446-5446 and we will have a certificate of insurance sent naming you as certificate holder, usually the same day.
Texas does not require private employers to carry workers’ compensation, and we have not elected it. Federal subcontracting does require it, so we will elect coverage before performing under a federal prime. If you are pricing work that needs it, say so and we will put it in place for that contract.
