You are steady, safe, and take pride in tidy, code-right installs.

What you will do

  • Run rough-in wiring, devices, and fixtures to code.
  • Support service and project work alongside journeymen.
  • Keep materials, tools, and the job site squared away.
  • Follow safety and quality standards on every task.

  • Veteran-friendly employer

What a week looks like

  • Load out and head to the day's install or service work.
  • Run wiring and devices clean, and keep the site tidy.
  • Learn from the journeyman and master on the harder work.

Who thrives here

  • You take pride in tidy, code-right rough-in and finish work.
  • You are steady, safe, and coachable under a journeyman or master.
  • You want to level up to journeyman and you are willing to put in the reps.

Do not apply if

  • You rush the install and leave a mess. Speed without clean is not the job.
  • You are done learning. There is always a better way to run a wire.

Tools, van, and pay

Lead roles get a take-home company van, stocked and maintained. We buy the power tools, the meters, and the material. You bring your own hand tools, the way any tradesman does.

Pay grows as you add licenses and take on more responsibility. Under Wattsmith Performance Pay, commission tiers rise as you advance through the career ladder, so the same day of work pays more at every rung. We would rather pay to keep a good electrician than train a new one.
